Damaged Creations

Should your Sick N Twisted Ted arrive damaged… Take a few photographs of the damaged box before you open it. Then a few pictures while you’re unpacking the creation. These photographs are very important and needed to file an Insurance claim with the USPS. We safely pack every creation we sell in anticipation of the Post Office handling boxes very roughly. Contact us immediately if your purchase is damaged and be sure to include the photographs you’ve taken. Regardless of the Claim we will work with you and do everything in our power to take care of you.

 

Error in Shipment

Should we accidentally ship you the wrong creation Contact us immediately. We will of course pay for Return Shipping. You will have the option for a full refund including shipping costs, replacement with the original creation ordered or, a partial refund if you wish to keep the creation you received.

If for any reason you simply wish to Return your Purchase for a Refund you must contact us within 10 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the Return Shipping Costs. Refunds issued will be less the original Shipping Cost. The Creation must be returned in its original condition with no damage in order to be refunded.

 

Sick N Twisted Teds is not responsible for any delays in shipment due to the Carrier. We ship our creations via USPS Priority. We highly recommend you make your purchase well in advance of any specific occasion it is intended for to avoid this problem.
